Updated Important Information for Members of The Health Club

Dear Member,

Please continue to disinfect your hands upon entry.
Please present your Health Club membership key fob and scan at our Health Club reception.
All fitness equipment and machinery must be disinfected, before and after each use.
Platnium members have access to our Thermal Suite. The following Thermal Suite opening hours now apply: 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday & 8am – 8pm at Weekends & Bank Holidays. ** Please Note The Thermal Suite Will Close At 6pm On The Last Tuesday Of Every Month To Allow For Contract Cleaning **
Booking gym slots via our Glofox booking app is no longer a requirement.
Speedflex sessions for non members will be permitted but at a fee of €10 per session.
Gold members are welcome to hire a towel at €1 each.
Members are encouraged to bring a pre-filled water bottle for their workout. Water fountains will be equipped with bottle fillers, but members are not permitted to drink directly from the water fountains.
Capacity in our changing areas, swimming pool, health suite facilities, gym, fitness classes & studios, and thermal suite have returned to normal capacities.
