Lovely place to stay, beautiful location with views over the river. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was very pleasant. Only thing I would like to see changed is the duvets on the beds, which are too warm to sleep with
Our sons confirmation was held in the restaurant. The food was beautiful, plenty of choice to cater for everyone. The staff were very helpful and it made the day completely stress free. We also stayed overnight in the hotel, the rooms were spacious and luxurious. Would highly recommend for any occasion.
Thank you for making our stay and our birthday family dinner so successful. A big shout out to all your staff including the welcome from Eric and the steady and experienced service from Irene in the restaurant. Also a big shout out to the chef who did a dream job including keeping my 7 and 5 year old nieces delighted with fruit sorbets and 100s and 1000s sprinkled on their ice cream.
Very friendly staff- one or two minor mixups which were fixed swiftly by staff! Fantastic food- Fairbanks restaurant breakfast had plenty of choice and something for everyone! Delicious lunch menu. Springboard restaurant was divine! Lovely relaxing spa and pool!
I had the pleasure of dining at the Kingsley Hotel yesterday afternoon as part of a family celebration. The staff were amazing. They were ever so accommodating and pleasant; and their attention to detail was incredible despite being seriously busy. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and any extra requests were attended to with care. The O'Connell steaks and grilled hake were favourites and the desserts were sublime - particularly the warm chocolate brownie! I would highly recommend dining at The Kingsley. Kay Looney
